UPS

I know RoadRanger drives for them and does a great job. But the driver in our area has destroyed our relationship with Amazon. After being on the phone and net with Amazon, all day, I must say fantastic customer service. And then UPS customer service in Vicksburg , I can say they're is no comparison. Amazon, now knows that I will close our account before ever being serviced by UPS. To which we have never been before, always FedEx, with great service.
It's bad enough that the driver can't read an address. But that the lady in Vicksburg, defended him.

Customer service will make or break a company and sounds like the UPS driver needs some more training

Afraid training won't help him. This ain't the first time. I could forgive him. But not the lady Amazon, called in Vicksburg. I lost it with her. And I feel very strongly that after all the calls and emails from Amazon, that I received. Something is going to be corrected.

It's my fault Terry. I have been ordering packages right and left and it has the driver exhausted

He didn't look exhausted to me. Just putting packages on the first porch he sees, without checking name and address.

This was a very cheap order. But just rubbed me the wrong way. Amazon, was fantastic in trying to help. UPS not so much.

It's the other way for me. Ups is great and FEDEX sucks.

I deal with both on a almost daily basis. Both are generally great, but occasionally something happens that makes you scratch your head. My new UPS guy is scared of my dogs, I watched him pull up beside my truck and toss a expensive package of electronic on top. I was home! Next time he just got out. The FedEx guy last week put a heavy tube of fabric on my pot plants on the porch. Crazy...

I was thinking RR was a FEDEX driver........ My husband is USPS and he does his best to deliver correctly, no matter what. He takes a lot of pride in his job. After all, his dad carried the same route for 30 something years. Other companies should value their jobs likewise.

You may be correct. And I was just highly disappointed. I was so ready to try out the card reader, only to see them delivered across the road. And UPS, refusing to correct the issue.
All is good for me. I got deer to hunt.
