I made it to midnight and beyond.
Dogs were freaking out between fireworks and thunder it was 3AM before I got to sleep :livid:

I heard way more gunshots than fireworks around here. For one, a neighbor emptied 3 magazines that sounded like a 9 or a 380 or something like that in about 30 seconds. I have to wonder if that handgun still shoots straight after that. That barrel had to overheat.

And those bullets have to come down somewhere. Very dangerous if he was firing upwards.

I have been known to fire a shot in the air at midnight. My .54 Hawkin stuffed with paper.

Had a good friend, who was sitting in his recliner, got up to get a glass of tea. His wife saw a puff of dust, and hollered for Rodney. He came back to the den, and saw a small hole in the ceiling. Then saw the hole in the recliner, right were his head had layed just seconds before. The police determined it to be a 7mm bullet. That glass of tea possibly saved his life.
