We sometimes do but it is a lot easier to buy the frozen ones and cook 3 or 4 at a time

I can make a skillet of fine biscuits in 15 minutes. Store bought won't touch them. Just a few years ago, I was getting up at 3:00 a.m, and making 45 sausage, egg, and cheese biscuits. For a local convenience store. I decided to switch to the frozen ones to expedite things.
The customers stopped buying until I went back to fresh home made cat heads.

I make my own biscuits, no can or frozen. It only takes a few minutes, you can make them while the stove heats up. Even better, since Douglas forced retirement, he had learned to make biscuits and makes fine ones.

We keep some frozen one on hand just in case but like said it doesn't take but a few minutes to make them and I have and will make them and Bett said they taste great but mine don't turn out as round and smooth as hers look mine looks like the cat got hit by a truck.
