No Chad, got a call from Sherrie. She had to call an ambulance to get my step dad and had to head for the hospital. Only sat until eight o'clock. They couldn't find anything wrong so waiting to take him home. Not been a good day.

Back home, and the neighbors kids and grand kids are here again. They come only once a year on Thanksgiving. They have been shooting non stop since I got home. And the neighbor across the road said it has been going on since I left. They must have deep pockets as they are going through some ammunition. They're property joins ours, and as long as they are on their property, myself and other neighbors can't do a thing about it. We just wonder where they shoot the other 11 months of the year. Will forget about hunting, until they leave.

Dang Terry, you can't win for losing. Maybe things will calm down soon.

The best time to hunt is yet to come. Hopefully it will settle down and you will have some enjoyable hunts.

Really , I remember going to grandma's, on the holidays. Couldn't wait to get their and go rabbit hunting with grandpa. But we were hunting and not wasting ammo.
What bothers me is they have no respect for others and no idea what is beyond their target. These are the same folks who were shooting straight at Jeremy 's tree stand last year.
