instead of hunting

Whatever you want to discuss

instead of hunting

Postby gtk » Sat Jan 13, 2018 5:06 pm

instead of hunting yest & today, i have been helping my offspring try to dig his truck out of the mud. at 19 yrs old, you would think said offspring would use a little common sense :bash:

do kids not have as much common sense as we did growing up ? if the garden looks wet & sloppy, then more than likely your truck will not make it to the other side.. Seems like an easy observation doesn't it ? Also, when your 4x4 quits working, and you sit there and spin & spin, you will accomplish nothing but sinking deeper & deeper !

thank goodness for good neighbors and tractors with front end loaders

anyway, come spring, said offspring will be in the garden with a shovel filling holes !

It is much better to fill the holes when they are freshly made.

At least you should tell him that while he is out there in this below freezing weather filling the holes so he will never forget that lesson. :W:

This was the result of my offspring! Those are 28" tires sitting on a 3" lift.... Knew it was a mistake to pass it down to him.

Ha ha ha, Chad that's what those are made for!! I'm selling mine soon since it never is ridden. Bought a brand new 2012 rancher to take this pretty blonde out mud riding and wound up marrying her! We rode some that first two years now it just sits in my garage. Things practically New. 7,000 dollar bike but it got me the hot blonde

Seven grand is a cheap price to pay for a good woman.

Kids and the mud. One of the grandsons got a dirt bike for Christmas. He and I have been having issues ever since about my garden and the mud. He stuck it so bad Saturday he had to dig it out with the shovel. One more time and I get the keys.....

Just wait until one submerges your NEW 2015 Honda Rancher with 27 hours on it in Persimmon Creek. With the temperature at 27° and a flood predicted that night. I had to call in a bunch of favors to get the 4 wheeler out of the creek that evening. I waded chest deep into the creek to attach the tow straps. :bash: :bash: :bash: :bash: :bash: :bash: :bash: :bash: :bash: :bash: :bash: :bash: :bash: :bash: :bash: :bash: :bash: :bash:
