Not really, I start eating it as soon as I make it. I have 25 pints made up so far.

The wife makes them but it’s not an overnight process how she does it. She gets the peppers and juice and dumps them in a big Tupperware dish w a lid. Then puts sugar in and mixes real good and puts in fridge. A couple weeks later add more sugar, repeat until she gets results wanted.
