Passing along a tradition

Postby jbullard1 » Fri Oct 26, 2018 1:10 pm

A few days ago a friend contacted me and asked what would be the best cast iron for her daughter to buy. I asked them to come by and gave Kerri a #10 modern Wagner and a #5 BSR century series skillet. she has cooked in them every day since Sunday and her mom is bragging on her cooking now.
Pass your skills on my friends. The future depends on it.

That's great....fewer and fewer people use cast iron these days but we use ours every day

I love mine. It’s like eating fish with bones. It just tastes better. It’s heavy on my old joints though.
