Clay peas.. updated pictures

Postby huntall » Sun Jul 10, 2011 6:04 pm

My clay peas are looking great! I cant believe they look this good with the lack of rain after I planted them! I planted them and did not go to my place for over a month after I planted them, and was surprised at what I saw! :D

They don't look bad at all even with the lack of rain. Are the deer eating them?

thats good thing about the cowpeas, the worse the ground the better they do. and dont need a whole lot of rain to keep doing.

These pictures was taken with my phone and you cant really see how big they are, but they are really tall! The deer are just starting to eat them. I also have a couple of pear trees planted on the edge and the deer are eating the pears hard.
I set up 2 cameras on this one field this weekend so I should see what I have coming in! One cam is on a pear tree and the other is on the peas.
