Tree planting is paying off

Postby Smacko » Mon Jul 06, 2015 7:04 pm

Just went to the back 40 to check on my pear trees and my crabapple trees. Pears are loaded and my 2 year old crabapple trees have little apples on them. I planted over 150 persimmon trees but they are slow growers. These pear trees are about 4 years old. Ready to sling an arrow on a deer coming in for a bite.

Should be a great place to ambush one coming for a little snack.
You ever planted any persimmon seeds?

No because the seeds have to go through a heat, like gone through a digestive system, before they will germinate.
