COAL Variances

What do you consider acceptable variances in coal when seating the bullets?

After i set my seater for the 300wsm, it was set for 2.842. It is varying from she'll to shell from 2.839 to 2.844

All the shells were trimmed to within a .001 of each other

Nothing to worry about. Sometimes you will have that much variance in the lengths of the bullets themselves.

Yep, if you got a bullet comparator you would find that your ogive variances will be even closer.
