Suppressors?

Anyone out there have a suppressor?
I know it is registered to you and you pay a tax stamp fee (and a long wait).
My question is, can you move it from one firearm to another?
Or does it have to stay on a particular firearm?

First let me say that I don't have one. But, I have shot some with a buddy that has several and I believe he moves them from gun to gun as he wishes.

Chad, how much would you say they suppress the noise? I know they ain't like the movies where it goes to almost nothing but would you say it goes to 1/2 the noise or so?

It depends on the ammo. My 308 with subsonic ammo is quieter than my Benjamin air rifle. Supersonic high Powered rounds are probably 22 to 22mag levels.

My 22 with subs and standard velocity are QUIET! Like stupid quiet.

Wow! Do you lose much performance over non-suppressed? Hope you don't mind the questions, I've just never known anyone that had one.

No noticeable loss. Not sure where you are located but you (and anyone else here) are more than welcome to come try them out. They are pricy and the wait sucks but i highly recommend them!

Ok. I never knew somebody manufactured ammo in Byhalia. Gotta get out more I guess! Let me think about it cause I'm afraid if I shoot one, I'll want one.

Hey....let's give them a little respect....after all, they killed William Faulkner. Well, technically he died of a heart attack, but it was in Byhalia.

I found one on a Google Search.

Don't: Use a muzzle to "fix" a anger or aggression problem. Using the muzzle this way could make the aggression worse. Teaching your wife to be comfortable around what she is upset about by using positive training while using a muzzle as a safety measure is the most effective way to help your wife.

OFTEN CALLED A DOG MUZZLE, OR A WIFE SUPPRESSOR. IT WORKS WELL ON BOTH SPECIES. ORDER NOW FOR A 10% DISCOUNT.
