Does anyone reload?

Postby jbullard1 » Thu Aug 24, 2006 1:21 pm

Does anyone reload for rifle or pistol. I just recently got all my equipment set up after years of not hunting.

I load 223, 270, 7mm mag, 30 30, 308, 30 06, and 45 70. I recently aquired a LOT of old reloading components and equipment for rifle pistol and shotgun  If anyone needs any bullets I might be able to help especially for pistol calibre's 38spl/357 41mag and 45acp Or for Elk or Moose I have 175 gr 7mm Speer GRAND SLAM They're a little heavy for our deer.

Where is Houlka in relation to Tupelo? If it's close enough and you'd like to make a little extra cash, we may be able to work something out if you have the stuff to load 25-06 shells.

Dang, I'm outside of Aberdeen. That'd be a pretty nice little drive.

A friend reloads for me. 300 Win Mag, 78 grains of Reloader 22, with 150 grain Hornady Interbond is the most accurate. I'm alo using 165 grain Barnes X bullet with 78 grains Reloader 22. In my 25:06, I using 58 grains Reloader 22 with 100 grain Barnes Triple Shock.

I'm about to start reloading some 9mm and 270. Gonna add 223 to that as soon as I get my AR finished.

Well...at the time of that post I had plans of reloading 9mm luger but after doing a good bit of looking.....you can buy the cheap stuff for about the same price as reloading. I'm not counting it out yet and if I happen across a good setup for sale fairly cheap I may pick it up.
