1500 continuous acres roughly 6 miles from Bolton exit on I-20 and 4.5 miles from Big Black River.

Approximately 90 acres is in rotating farm cultivation (corn last year, cotton this year). 80 acres in overgrown pasture. 1100 acres of various stages of pine plantation ranging from 4 year old pines up to mature trees. Approximately 200 acres in blocks of hardwood and hardwoods along creeks.

We have around 20+ acres of foodplots. Plots consist of wheat, winter peas and rape. Up to 3 bucks per membership (14 inch inside or 17 inch beam AR). Antlerless harvest quota is set by the landowner to minimize crop damage on this property and surrounding farm land. We expect the quota will allow 3 per membership.

We typically have 20 members and our dues this year are $1,500. This membership includes foodlplots and access to the property on a year round basis.

If you want to take a look at the place or if you have any questions, shoot me an email randywallace@boydattorneys.com
