Terry I wondered about that to. She is walking in the woods during deer season, she has to have a vest on. It is so dangerous! Several years ago I was in a box stand and kept hearing something way off that I couldnt make out, as it got closer I realized it was people talking. Turned out to be a couple with two small children strolling though the woods. Trespassing I might add, but oh so dangerous!

Its just another benefit of living in Desoto County, where "your land" is "everyone's land" :bash:

I have on idea who this woman is. The pic was from the middle of the week, and she is at least 3/4 mile in between two roads. She HAD to have walked by no less than three "Posted/No Trespassing" signs to get where she was.

Funny that some people can't read or think ! If she gets hunted by accident the hunters will be the bad guys here ....

Run her pic in the local paper if it don't cost to much. When she actually sees herself in that purple jogging suit, she will likley move from the area for good.

Out for a mornign Stroll

Most people think posted signs only pertain to other hunters. That, and most people just flat out have no respect for other people and their property.

Get you a toy gun, get decked out in full camo, orange vest and a chair. Then go sit in her front of her house in the back of your truck. When she asks what you're doing tell her, "This looks like as good a place for me to deer hunt as my deer woods apparently look to you for a stroll. You stay away from my property and I'll stay away from your's."

The photo should be sufficient evidence to get her a citation for being in the woods, without wearing 500 inches of unbroken orange. Not to mention trespassing. You might just possibly save her life.

I can't swear to it but I am fairly sure that is a hunting regulation and has no bearing on camping, hiking , bird watching, backpacking......

Pat
I tend to agree with you on that part.
But she is trespassing, it's a tough call to try to get a neighbor ticketed.

You would be suprised by the non hunters that do not have a clue when hunting seasons begin and end.

That would be the lady that lives in the red brick house next to the land I hunt. On the north side of fairview. Got her in my food plot as well.
