Moultrie customer service....

I have 2 old moultrie i40 cams that the screen stopped working on (couldn't set time and date) and a new cam I bought last month that had a short.

Long story made short:
I mailed them to moultrie last Tuesday and received them back today working like new! Free of charge!

I have bought a couple spy points and am really satisfied with them but with customer service like this I'll stick with moultrie in the future!

Congrats, can't beat good customer service. I would stick with them to.

Customer service has more to do with a product than the cost of a product....if you get a great deal and bad customer service you still don't have a good deal.

moultrie has been good to me in last 7 or 8 years..I had few cam mess up over the years they would always just replace the cam after i send them the ones them are messing up and like chad said in few days would have a cam in the mail and ready to be used again
