i've almost finished a new trail camera build. it uses the nikon L14 7megapixel camera. it just a shade slower than the p32's

i've got it in a pelican 1020 case with a SSS board using a SSS High performance wide angle fresnal lens. so far i really like the way it's coming along. i'll get some pics up for you as soon as i get it completely done.

just thought you may like to know ;)

Sounds like a sweet setup.. I have fallen behind, with keeping up with the latest homebrew builds.. What peaked my interest last, was the "jazz" build. the only thing with the jazz though is video.. While I like the movies, I think I would still rather have pictures..

i would love to build a video unit but i can't afford them plus i don't know that it would be easier than checking pictures. i would think that videos would take up more space here at the house and also if they were digital, they would eat up the space on my computer.

do you have a link to the jazz build?
