Checked my cams Yesterday afternoon

Postby gtk » Mon Oct 23, 2006 7:19 am

I have 5 digital cameras out. I have been consistently getting 20 or so pics on each cam, with a lot of bucks.

This week I had only a couple pics of does and a few turkeys & coyotes. :?

Looks like its time to move some cameras! Hopefully this cool weather will get'm moving too.

At least your cameras are working. I broke the part I bought to fix the part I broke earlier for my homebrew camera.   I was putting the slave flash together and snapped the freaking bulb into two pieces. I guess I could see if that can be replaced.

Sure you are.

I used the electrical outlet box that he did a "tutorial" on last year, I think it was last year. Turned out nicely but I was getting a little flash bleed and had to take it apart to seal it off a little better. When I opened the box a wire came off of the bulb housing and I soldered it back on. When I put everything back together I heard a pop. That was not a good sound. I wanted to set that sucker on fire in a pool of gasoline.
