We planted plots, but without rain, they haven't done much. We have not planted our horse fields yet, we desperately need rain.

I planted my plots Thursday and we had a all day and all night rain Friday. I think this is the latest I've ever planted.

I never plant before October anymore. I've planted early too many times and had it burn up before cooler weather and rain came in. I have planted in early November a few times with good results.

It's definitely too dry. My little creeks are dry enough to drive a 2WD car through.
