Good luck to all the kids tomorrow! Wish the kids have a great season!
Hope we see some pictures from the kids hunts. Kill or not it's good times hunting with the kids.
I have 2 boys hunting tomorrow, and the youngest boy is going on his first deer hunt.

So sad. That youngest son will be hooked for the rest of his life.
Good luck to everyone.

That is the best hunts I have been on taking my boys and sometimes their friends. Enjoy every minute of it and take 100 more pics than you normally would. Good luck to the youths and to the people taking them, thank you.

we went out this morning, saw 10 does/fawns total, but my youngest has never shot a buck wouldn't pull the trigger on any of them, he said he was waiting for a buck.

Great Memories being made. Like triple duece , said take plenty of pictures. You will enjoy revisiting those moments you shared together, probably with them and your grand children.

Nothing wrong with that. When I took kids they had choice of any deer that came out except a fawn. Some would shoot the first deer seen and some would wait on what they wanted to shoot. I was all about making it about them and not my management plans. First time killers could shoot anything legal. Once they had a few kills under their belt it was on the program then. Shoot a doe or any buck.... but your mounting the buck! I'd give anything to relive them days. Used to sign them up for all the youth hunts.
