First off, I would like to apologize for any inconveniences some of you have experienced at our processor, especially you amazzie. We try to keep high quality production and I have no explanation for what happened to your order besides the fact that we aren't perfect.
We do, however, offer samples of everything available. We encourage all of our customers to try it before you buy it. We do not batch process. You will get YOUR meat back. And that means ALL of it. We don't give you back 20lbs of meat and use the rest to fill other orders. We strive to keep quality as high as we can and give you every ounce of meat on your deer back.
WE ARE NOT CHEAP. Due to an increase in - literally - all of our expenses, our prices have gone up, and I won't sugarcoat it, a LOT. We realize that we will lose some business because of this, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but we will not lower our quality to save money.
I hope that everyone will review the price list - which is available on our website and will be all over DeSoto County on our brochures in the next month - before bringing us your deer.
