In a few days, Sherrie is to sick to eat, and I like to leave the venison on ice for 3 to 5 days, before processing. Sorry for the wait.
Not sure if I want to try for a buck this afternoon.

From start to finish, total time 1 hour 45 minutes. Not bad for an old fellow.
