I'm not good at this age guessing but I'm going to say around 4 years old but also in my book he is old enought

I would say 3 1/2. Typically beyond that they begin to develop a sway back. His is still nice and flat. With the body size, rack size and the beginnings of a pot belly, he could possibly be as much as 4 1/2, but I still don't think so.

That's what mine used to look like. I can't figure out where the bad genetics would have come from. Unless the head lighters took them all out. And left inferior young bucks to do the breeding.

Terry a young buck wouldn't necessarily be inferior. It sounds more like a inferior dominate buck. There could also be some environmental issues involved.

That dude is a tank... Only thing he is missing on the check off list of what to look for in a mature buck is the sway back.. Maybe he sees a chiropractor regularly?

I’m not good judging age, but I agree that his back is really good and straight and he barely has a poochy belly. He looks really good and would look very nice in the bed of your truck
