Smacko hasn't visited since back in April, so I don't imagine he will be doing much on the Deer Contest this year.

I am in the process of packing and moving to CO, so there is no way I can do it.

If someone wants to volunteer, then that's fine w/me. While it is all for "fun", it does require a little dedication to keep up with the posts and keep tally of the score.

we are back.. bought a house norht of colorado springs.. its not "in" the mountains, but has killer views. will take another look in a year or so and then prob move "in" the mountains.

keeping my same job, that's what is so nice about it.

You are going to love it there! My dad is from Cripple Creek and I grew up in Boulder.
I sure do miss that place.

its just a good point in our lives to experience something besides MS . My wife and I both love the mountains and all the activities around them.

the first few places we looked at were not far from cripple creek.. we looked at florissant and divide area.
