Missouri lease

Postby chadbragg » Sun Oct 28, 2018 9:29 pm

My buddy made a trip up to the lease in northern Missouri and it's covered up with some awesome bucks. All the cameras were either filled or dead batteries since August or September. There were more than. 10k on multiple cameras but here are a few of the 1st few he went through. My plan is to make the late season muzzle loading hunt after Christmas. We purchased a couple acres of beans to be left standing. Really hoping for snow to hunt in! ImageImageImageImage

Looking good. Food will be the most important thing to look for after Christmas. Also if you happen to kill a buck then, don’t drag it by its antlers unless you want to convert him into a her.

Well the time has come. We will be loading up Tuesday evening after all the Christmas festivities and headed up. I'm taking Jr and hopefully he will kill early so I can hunt! We are both beside ourselves for this trip. Planning to take the shotguns as well and kf we tag out early stop at a Buddy's in Arkansas for a evening duck hunt!

Good luck. Maybe there will be some ducks in Ark. by then. I would look for them all in MO. I have read reports that MO has a lot of ducks in areas but I have read that most are still in Canada and havent left yet cause it has been so warm with no snow cover and farmers left a lot of stuff in the fields because of rain.
