Whats happening in your neck of the woods ?

2018-19 wrapped up.

This season has been the best ever for me. I passed on well over 100 bucks, I was very fortunate to hunt practically every day. Many days I hunted am and pm. There were 2 bucks I had on cam that I was hoping for but hopefully they will make it til next year! I ended up with a 7, 8, and 9pt and 2 does here in Mississippi, 9pt in Indiana and my largest todate a Kentucky 10pt. Next season I will be a full club member on the Kentucky leases including full rights to the camp house and the whole 1200ac.

Here are the 2 that I hunted hard here by my house. The big 8 was all over my cam I'm the daylight, just could never catch up with him. The big 7 never showed in daylight all year. He actually disappeared in early November.

Junior managed to get 3 bucks including a 151" giant in Missouri and 2 does.

Baby girl actually got her 1st deer as well! Image

I also guided a couple buddies this season, one was successful and the other wasn't so much. Both had opportunities at the largest bucks of their lives. Image
And this one is the one that got away. He actually showed back up on same plot later so hopefully he will survive! Image
