Contest Rules

Postby gtk » Thu Aug 11, 2005 7:13 pm

1) To enter you must have a good clear picture of you and deer together with date of kill in picture.

2) Score is derived by the following:
Doe =5 points
Buck = 5 points + 1 point for each "antler" point.

3) You can enter only one deer, but you may upgrade to the best deer you take. Example, if you kill a 4 point and enter it in the contest, then later kill a 10 point, you may withdraw the 4 point and enter the 10 point.

4) This is a deer contest and not a big buck contest. The largest antlered deer may not be the winner.

5) All entries must be posted by end of hunting season for your state.

6) All points on buck must be 1 inch long and can be seen in the pictures.

7) The contest will run from Oct 1 to end of hunting season for your state,if your hunting season starts before oct1 then it will start on that date.

9) In case of tie members will vote on the winner of the contest.

10) This is a contest for FUN. There will be no arguing, bickering, name-calling, bad-mouthing, over the contest rules. Suggestions are allowed, but any of the above actions will terminate the contestant or the whole contest, depending on the mood of James & myself. Once the first entry is received, the rules will not change!

11) Let it be in fun & dont take it too seriously.

Prize to be determined :)
