My little archer and future bowhunter.

Has sho nuff caught the bow bug. He just turned 8 a couple weeks ago and all he wants to do is shoot. I can't tell you how many times he's shot his bow this weekend and has far exceeded my hopes of him being able to shoot accurately. He's stacking them in the 2" circle nearly every shot from 10 yards and keeps a real good group at 20. We've got to build up his arms a little bit but I have no doubt he'll be pulling enough to go for a deer or pig before the season ends. I bought this bow from Doakes a couple months ago and his son has killed several critters with it. Hopefully we can keep the ritual going.

Looking good! He will be ready soon! If that was Doakes Jr's bow then I'm sure that bow has got some kills from it no question about it!

Yep, that's Jr's old bow. I bought it for Ryan and Jr. was going to use the money from it and a little more to buy him a new bow.
