New turkey load!!

Postby blong » Tue Sep 16, 2008 9:09 am

I just received some super dense loads from a man in N.C.. They are TSS(tungsten super shot).these patterns were shot into 28 gauge tin roofing at 40 true yards(not steps). When compared to remington hevi shot 1 5/8 oz. #6 there was no comparison in the penetration department. Keep in mind these were shot with a regular full choke. I had the tin propped up against a 6" creosote corner post and the #8 TSS penetrated the post 1/8 to 1/4 inch after passinng thru the heavy tin. You can go to the TSS website if you are interested in reading more or ordering some to load on your own.

they have a website which i visited and from what i understand, they sell reloading kits rather than loaded shells.
