They were on fire this mornin

Postby razrback » Thu Mar 30, 2006 12:33 pm

Since opening day I haven't heard on gobble until this morning. I had 4 different birds gobblin and don't you know I didn't kill a darn one. I might have got on one of them again if I didn't have to go to work :x .
Anyway I'm going to try it again in the morning if it don't rain.

Oh by the way I would like to ask the vetrans to the sport. When you get one located how close do you try to get before you set up? I may be to timid, I am afraid I am going to bump them and scare em off.

Your right clouds and all, I heard 3 this morning standing in the drive about to go to work. About your ??? it all depends on location and wood density or if open country. good rule is as close as you feel comfortable that is best. "know your area is key"
