Coyotes

Anybody have any luck with an electronic caller on yotes around here? I've got a Foxpro and tried it a few times without any luck and I know there are plenty of yotes, bobcats, and foxes around

Every critter in your neck of the woods is probably scared to death by this time of year :)

I've only been a few times, and we used electronics, and we often had them come in.. Mostly yotes, a bobcat every once in a while... Never tried in daylight.. Always called late late late at night..

How much time are you giving those cats to come in?

We use a foxpro often,Mostly when the caller is tired of blowing a call and wants a dip of Copenhagen?

If you mostly get them at night then how do you know when they are there? Are you using a night time scope

It's legal here to hunt Varmints at night with a light and we use a 3d cell Mag light with a red lens. After We spot an animal We get the shooter in place and then hit the Varmint with a Q-beam with red lens to make the shot.We also hunt in the daytime with some success mostly in open country. We are lucky to have Ranchers that want Us to kill varmints to protect Livestock.I have friends who Varmint hunt near My home in south MS.who do pretty well sometime.
