Why Is It

That when I start helping friends butchering meat I always pick up my own hand made knives? I own many Case. Old Hickory, J.A Henkle, and many many famous brands.But always me and my helpers want a dang Jerry knife made from bandsaw steel.
A couple strokes on a steel and they just work
