School's in session

Hanging Moss Shiloh (puppy mountain cur) and Hanging Moss Callie Marie (chocolate lab) are having a class in "sit". Callie has it down pat and makes it easier to teach Shiloh. This puppy is eaten up with brains. You can teach a smart dog just about anything. Although she is smart she is also very head strong. We are still working on who runs the show, lol.

Now that is nice. Loads of fun coming. Buy some new boots.

Thanks, we are having a blast. I know I'm wishing my life away, but I can't wait until she is old enough to get in the woods. I've always felt basic obedience training is vital to having a good dog. My son has done a great job with Callie, so I'm sure we will have the same results with Shiloh.

Bullie, new boots won't do me much good right now since I broke my foot 3 weeks ago, but by the time she's ready to hit the woods I should be too. I have a feeling she is going to make me feel real old, real quick.

I hope you heal quick. You are gonna want to have that little thing tagging along through a walk in the park or some other place where there are lots of squirrels. Wait til you see that pup see a squirrel the first time.

Glenn, good luck with Shiloh.. I'm sure she will make you proud!! Take her to the woods every chance you get cause these dogs are as natuaral as they come. My pup is from the Hotrod x Dell cross, i'm sure you will enjoy your's as much as I have mine.. Good luck with her!!!

Thanks for all the compliments and encouragement. She's a mess, but I am proud of her.
