I speak out about the ineffectiveness of one round and the nutjobs come out of the woodwork attributing all sorts of things to "The Great One" in order promote their personal favorite.

Unless you I am mistaken, you can hunt any legal game, from frogs to ducks, with a bow. Not saying you are going to be successful, but you can at least try.

I think FireCloud is correct. I know you cannot shoot fire ants with a bow legally though. I had to pay a fine for that one time. Very bad No-No to shoot fire ants with archery gear.

Flu flu's for fletchings and bludgeon tips. Unless your arrows get stuck in a tree, they should be pretty easy to see. :D

I can tell you it is an eerie sound at dusk to hear a tree rat gnawing at an aluminum shaft that has his ham pin to the base of an oak!

The bigger question seems to be, how are you going yo teach the squirrel how to shoot the bow?

Is it just fireants or any insect? I have got a few grasshoppers and lady bugs back when I was a little wilder, but I never considered myself a poacher.
