Question For Parents & Sponsors

Postby terry08 » Wed Feb 10, 2016 5:44 am

It has occurred to me that school starts in August for most kids and this can be a busy month for most. I am thinking about shortening the youth contest and calling it final on July 15th. Please post your opinion on this. I don't want to make the youth wait to long.

Terry our school starts in early August, but we usually try to camp the full last week of July, and weekends through Labor Day, but once football kicks off we are done. I might suggest August 1, or July 31, if you want to cut it off before school starts.

Thanks Ladyhunter, will wait for more opinions before making a decision. What ever the majority wants is fine with me.

Ok folks, you have spoken. We will make August 1st, 2016 the final date for The Youth Tournament.
Thanks for the input. Since I don't have kids, I just wanted your input. Now if March 15th, would just hurry up and get here.

Jv, you know better than that. You would have needed a 400 lb
Anchor to keep you from being blown away the last two days. Lol

You lucky that wind didn't take the tree and you. Gonna be a nice day, may have to cast a few this afternoon.

Going to get a little practice in next weekend. Gonna take some minnows also and try to catch some white perch.

If we catch one big enough I will just throw him in the horse trough until the 15th. :W: :W:
