I love them both, but I can catch fish. Can't kill a turkey.

There was plenty. Only fried enough for three. Got about 8 lbs. Left in the freezer.

At the top of the pan are Catfish, Jeremy, caught a 6 1/2 lb one. They are darker than the Bass, that little golden nugget at the top right corner, are the eggs from the catfish . He loves them fried. To me, they taste like grit in your mouth. The bass filets have became my fish of choice. Other than white perch, which nothing can top.
