Jugg fishing

Postby RoadRanger » Tue Mar 28, 2017 8:49 pm

Been a many moons since I went out fishing butt some of my best memories are doing just that on Barnett with my dad as a kid. Kinda want take my boy out to Barnett and show him some fun. Would be cool for me and my dad to take my boy out like we did so many years ago.

Question is... When do y'all think the best time of year is to go? Aren't the cats getting close to spawning? Have any rules changed that I may not know about? We used to set them out around turtle creek I remember and loaded down the boat most trips

Think the laws are the same. I used to love it.

You better check the laws, they vary depending on where you are, not only on the river, but also on most state lakes. We found out the hard way.
