Lemon/Garlic/Soy Backstrap By Taproot

I'm trying it today on a Boston Butt, but this is my new favorite marinade.

(I doubled the recipe for the butt)

1 cup olive oil
1/3 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
3 tblsp lemon juice
2 tblsp Worcestershire Sauce
1 clove garlic (crushed)
1 tblsp chopped fresh parsley (I used oregano)
1 tblsp dry mustard
1.5 teasp pepper

Put loin in plastic bag along with marinade and refrigerate for 4-24 hours. Reserve marinade! Cook as you normally would. When done, put remaining marinade in a sauce pan and boil a few minutes and pour over sliced meat. Slap yo' mama and then take a nap.
