Fircloud's Tenderloin Stir Fry Over Pasta

Tenderloin Stir Fry Over Pasta is fast and easy to fix but oh so good! Prepare the number of servings you desire of pasta of your choice. I like serving it over vermicelli. Drain pasta well when ready.

Dice bell pepper, celery, and onions, shave a carrot into thin slices, and shell out snow peas or use very tiny young peas in the hull. Add mushrooms if you prefer. Prepare enough for the portions you will serve. Set aside.

Mix Kikkoman stir fry sauce per directions and set aside.

Slice one or more deer tenderloins into small strips. Brown in olive oil for two or three minutes on medium heat and drain off liquid. Add veggies and stir fry for two to three minutes longer. Then pour in the Kikkoman sauce. Continue cooking and stirring occasionally about 5 minutes or until sauce thickens.

Serve over the pasta and enjoy!
