Recycling Metal Barrels into Feeders

Postby AlabamaDan » Sun Oct 09, 2016 7:39 pm

Hi y'all!

It's been a while since I was here, but I'm glad to have moved back to MS and getting back to hunting! I have a question. I have a line on some used metal barrels that had foam insulation in them. Do y'all think it would be ok to make a corn feeder out of these?

Thanks,
Danny

Absolutely, the options are unlimited. Gravity feeder or lift it with a thrower on it. Little red neck engineering well take them far

I have made several feeders out of metal as well as plastic barrels. Metal works better and the squirrels can't gnaw trough it.
