i think i'd be a lot fatter than i already am, if I lived with you :)

It all looks good but trying to lose some weight and so far after my surgery I have lost 22 pounds since we got home

You don't see over weight Asian people. Most every dish is prepared with fresh ingredients, and not cooked to death. I love it, and every now and then get the urge for a different menu. It usually only lasts a couple of weeks. But I love the ease and simplicity of the cooking method using a wok.

The best time for me to read posts in this section is right after I’ve eaten. That way I can admire without the urge to make a grocery list. All that looks so good guys!!!!
