Knock Your Socks Off Sausage

It's starting this morning. Jalapeño, smoked cheddar cheese, and spices. Will cold smoke for three hours and finish in the water bath.

Venison cubed and chilling in freezer.

The Money Shot, the flavor was fantastic & Sherrie said the best she has ever tasted. The Smokey Cheddar did nothing for the taste over regular cheese.

Don't know how I missed the post. As for the recipe, this one I did not record. I make so many variations of sausage, sometimes I don't write them down. If memory serves me correctly which I doubt. I think I used black pepper, mustard seed, paprika, garlic and oregano. This was smoked so I used 1tsp cure for five pounds. Visit, lets make sausage . com for some great recipes and adjust any way you choose.
