Another Pot

After giving a customer a bowl of stew. I was asked to make a pot for a family event they were hosting. I am about ready to quit giving out samples.
Not really, I hope everyone enjoys it.

If left in the refrigerator over night before consuming, it so much enhances the flavor. For all those who think that the front shoulders aren't worth fooling with. You are wasting some of the best meat.
