Two Gallons St. Patrick Day Gumbo

Ready to go, crab, crawfish, shrimp, andoulli & okra. Plus the Holy Trinity and all other spices. Will age all day Friday, and be gone quickly on Saturday.

Total prep & cook time, five hours. 2 lbs. shrimp, 1 lb. sausage, 1 lb. Crawfish, and 2 lbs. crab, meat picked & claws added.
