Onion, chopped celery, pimento, diced olives, boiled eggs, paprika, salt and pepper, celery seed chopped sweet cherkins & mayo. My mother made it this way ever since I can remember. Everyone loved her tater salad. I generally get at least three or four calls during the holidays from folks asking me to make it for them.
