Jbullard1, it's good if you care to make it. I have in past years. Now all I care about is ground, and stew meat. I tenderize the back strap for stuffing or frying.

It's pretty good Jb...that a processor in Greenwood that make some pretty good bologna but he is high. But he does do a lot of business.

I have tried Mrs Worrells down here in Utica and it is some kinda fine...every one that has had some at camp is now taking some meat to her to have some made,,
