The wife mixes this up for me. Chicory coffee, cyanne pepper, brown sugar and something else.

It really soaks up the flavors. Best med rare

Yes, it sure looks great....is it made up as a dry rub or something you sprinkle on as cooking.

Yes Jerry, I make a few rubs using coffee really adds great flavor to steak.
