Needless to say I'm really enjoying this thing! Prolly fired it up 10x and haven't used 1/2 bag of lump charcoal!

Best grill I have ever used and doesn't use hardly any charcoal

Yep. Kamado style grills are easy on the charcoal for sure.

That is some good looking food. Congrats on your new unit!

ive been wanting a new grill and have been looking at that one and the big green egg. I have a friend that swears by his egg but I cant justify the money for it. I have an infrared grill and love it but its starting to fall apart. I love the infrared because in the 7 years ive had it I have never had 1 flare up. Don't even keep water nearby. Is it easy to control the temperature? I was always known for overcooking food until I got the infrared, hate well done anything and the infrared worked perfect because its virtually impossible to overcook anything.

How do you prepare your veggies before placing them on the grill and about how long does it take to cook them on your grill

Jv I put them in a zip lock bag with olive oil, Italian dressing, and creole seasoning. Toss good, cooking really depends on your taste. I like mine crunchy so I put them on about 300° for about 20 min or so. That batch was asparagus, broccoli, mushrooms, and green pepper. It's very tasty and healthy.

Chad, That's basically the way I cook mine on the grill but in the past I always cooked with canola oil but have started using olive oil more and more
