Sherrie, asked are you crazy why didn't you just take the money and buy another smoker Lol?
She will calm down in about 5 hours, that's about how long it will smoke at 225 degrees.

Gonna let sit for a few hours then put in the Masterbuilt until it hits 135 internal temp.

It's a rib roast Jv , got corn on the cob, asparagus & brusall sprouts in here also. The A-Maze-N tray may kill me from smoke inhalation.

The money shot roast at 135 degrees, 3 hours. Corn smoked 2 hours. Got to rethink brusall sprouts, pic to follow.
