Did A Little Cooking

I got a late start yesterday after running several errands but I loaded the smoker with leg quarters, pork chops and some pork steaks. Let them smoke for about 3 hours and them placed them on the grill to finish up. We vacuum sealed them for later on when we want something quick and easy.

Man that's what I'm talking about. Got a freezer full of smoked butts and chicken. Just picked up 6 butts this morning. 99 a pound. Gonna debone three and cure for 14 days then hang in the smoker for buck board bacon.
Also just gave a customer a smoked chicken and butt, this morning. She is happy.
