Monday burgers. 1 lb fresh ground choice Angus sirloin, and 1 lb choice Angus chuck.

I know this discussion is about homemade burgers but I just had to throw this out there. If you happen to be around Harmontown stop by Piney Point Cafe and have their burger. It's the best I have had in a long while from a restaurant.

They look fantastic. We have Berry's, and Hall of Fame. Both are great, but I can make five for the price of two. Plus I pick my ingredients, and wash my hands constantly.

Bullie, thanks for the photo. We love French bread and I think I will do oblong burgers and serve on French bread next time. Looks fantastic.

They all look good but it's hard to beat a good homemade burger, just leave the pickles off mine please.
